Incarnation Center, located in the south central part of Connecticut near historic Essex, is a quiet and serene space. A rustic and natural location, its 700 acres are home to 10 miles of trails that run through a selection of different environments, including protected wetlands and New England virgin forest making this an ideal site for our work. The trails provide a variety of locations for meditation and exercise.   In 2003 the notion of renovating the farm surfaced, but with an exciting difference. In addition to the more typical farm animals, llamas were added. An alpaca was rescued from the Catskill Game Farm and resides at the eclectic farm as do free range Peacocks. Incarnation Center is busy expanding its pastures and stables to allow for future arrivals.

First session begins at 4pm Friday September 19, 2008

  • Single, double and triple occupancy rooms available on a first come, first serve basis. Linens are provided. All are shared bathroom & shower facilities.

Deposit Due by June 1, 2008:

 

Lodging Package: ($200) – paid in full
(limited number of single rooms – distributed in order of request)

Commuter Package ($100) - paid in full

 

Full Payment of remaining balance by June 1, 2008 earns a discount of $50

(Only $525 or $425 due total)  

 

Deposit Due by July 1, 2008:

$200 (non-refundable)

Full Payment of remaining balance by July 1, 2008 earns a discount of $25

(Only $550 or $450 due total)  

Balance Due August 1, 2008:

Attention:

Alternative Payment scheduling may be available on an individual, case by case, basis! Please call… do not be left out… call and make arrangements!!!

 

Your full deposit / payment is refundable if:

  • for some reason the event cannot be held or is cancelled
  • there is no room left in the program

 

Cancellations of Lodging or Commuter Packages:
After June 1, 2008 will be charged a $50 fee.

 

Cancellation of entire paid purchase:

After August 1, 2008 will be charged the $200 non refundable deposit and the

$50 Lodging or Commuter Package cancellation fee. ($250)
